From the moment you connect with GHC, you'll appreciate the structure, organization, and direction—beginning with initial orientation through completion of your project.

  1. DEFINING THE PROBLEM
    Experience shows that clear and careful problem definition and scope specification are essential for success. Your first meeting with us encompasses informal discussions with you and others inside your organization.
  2. PREPARATION OF THE PROPOSAL
    Based on the problem definition, we prepares a  proposal including a description of work to be done by us and by you. In most cases, the proposal is fixed time, fixed price.
  3. PROJECT TEAM
    We assemble a project team with skills precisely focused on the problem at hand. All of our team members are senior consultants—no juniors to train on your time. Members of your organization are always included on the project team because they supply information that no outside consultant can ever provide: intimate, detailed knowledge of your organization and its problems.
  4. PROJECT PLAN
    In some cases, the project plan is implicit in the proposal; in others, we prepare and present a formal project plan including schedules, milestones and deliverables.
  5. EXECUTION
    GHC executes the project plan, but with latitude. Our experience is that most project plans need modification as the project progresses. We will make changes as necessary, always with your concurrence.
  6. IMPLEMENTATION
    Implementation is always a joint effort between you and us.
  7. FOLLOW-UP
    We will  follow up with you six to nine months after implementation to review project results and lessons learned.
